Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has fulfilled his pledge to allocate land to members of the Kaduna North Disables Multi-purpose Cooperative Society, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and social equity.

The land allocation certificates were presented to the beneficiaries at the KADGIS Service Centre by the Director-General of the Kaduna Geographic Information Service (KADGIS), Dr. Bashir Garba Ibrahim.

Speaking at the presentation, Dr. Ibrahim urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the allocations, either by building homes or investing productively to improve their socio-economic wellbeing.

“This gesture reflects the Governor’s strong belief in inclusivity and his determination to ensure that persons with disabilities are not left behind in the state’s development agenda,” he said.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Chairman of the Cooperative Society, Comrade Salihu Isa, expressed deep appreciation to Governor Uba Sani for keeping his promise.

“We are profoundly grateful to His Excellency for this historic gesture. It is a clear demonstration of his inclusive approach to governance and his concern for the welfare of persons with disabilities,” Isa stated.

The land allocation initiative is part of the Kaduna State Government’s broader efforts to promote social inclusion, empower vulnerable groups, and ensure equal access to opportunities for all citizens.
