The Sokoto State Project Monitoring and Verification Committee has applauded some firms for executing quality and durable work.
The chairman of the Commitee Ambassador Abubakar Shehu Wurno made the Commendation while inspecting some various projects within the State Metropolis.
The Projects visited included the remodeled Usman Bin Affan Jumma’at Mosque, the State Ministry of basic and secondary Education, the Agency for Mass Education , the Isah Mai kware Jumma’at Mosque and the State Government House Chamber as well as the Yakubu Gowon house.
At the Usman Bin Affan Jumma’at Mosque which located at Gawon Nama that under goes total renovation of the mosque and the work is about Completion.
The Committee expressed satisfaction with the contractor for executing quality work.
The Committee then proceeded to Ministry for Basic and Secondary education where they inspected the procurement and purchase of drugs to schools across the State and Agency for Mass Education for providing for knitting machine as well.
In the same vein, the team also visited the Isah Mai kware Jumma’at Mosque where the work is going on steadily.
Similarly, the commitee also visited the Sokoto State Government House Chamber and Dr. Yakubu Gowon House where the remodeling of such facilities is ongoing.
Such works where are almost done and beautify with the Modern State of the art.
