In a sincere expression of appreciation, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Aliyu of Sokoto State were applauded for their notable support in creating a conducive atmosphere for the worship of Almighty Allah during the sacred month of Ramadan nationwide.
This praise came from the Minister of State for Works Barrister Bello Muhammad Goronyo during a Ramadan breakfast organised by Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko at his Gawon Nama residence in Sokoto.
While speaking in an interview conducted by Abdulrashid Wadata Buhari Barrister Goronyo outlined the administration’s progress in improving roads utilities and community facilities.
He explained that these infrastructural improvements have eased religious activities allowing worshippers to observe the holy month in comfort and peace.
The Minister also commended Senator Wamakko the APC leader in Sokoto State for his decades-long commitment to community welfare especially his steady efforts to strengthen the spiritual and social well-being of residents during Ramadan.
In his remarks, Senator Wamakko expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for the blessing of witnessing yet another Ramadan.
Special prayers were offered for continued peace prosperity and divine blessings upon Sokoto State and Nigeria nationwide.
The event attracted several dignitaries including Secretary to the State Government Muhammad Bello Sifawa Isah Sadik Achida and other notable personalities reflecting a shared spirit of unity and devotion throughout the holy month.
