The Zamfara State House of Assembly is grieving the sudden passing of Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji, the lawmaker representing Kaura Namoda South Constituency. He died peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Wednesday.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara has expressed profound sorrow over the loss.
In a statement by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Yusuf Idris, the APC described Kasuwar-Daji as a committed, upright, and God-fearing leader who served both his constituents and humanity with dedication.
The party extended heartfelt condolences to his family, the people of Kaura Namoda South, and the state assembly, praying for Allah’s mercy on his soul and strength for his loved ones in this time of grief.
He was buried at 3:00 pm on Wednesday in his hometown, Kasuwar-Daji, located in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area.
