Kaduna State Head of Service, Mrs. Jummai Bako, has praised Governor Uba Sani for investing in training and capacity building to strengthen the state’s civil service.
Speaking after inspecting Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres for civil servants seeking confirmation of appointment, Bako said the governor’s support has boosted efficiency and job security.
“I am impressed by the turnout and the smooth conduct of the exams. My appreciation goes to His Excellency for funding this exercise and for his immense support to the civil service,” she said.
She urged workers to repay government’s efforts with dedication and discipline.
‘Just as His Excellency has been helping us in training them, we expect to see improvement,” she added.
The three-day CBT confirmation exercise will test 5,000 candidates across all cadres. Zone 2 has the highest number with 3,000 candidates, while Zones 1 and 3 each have 1,000.
Exams are being held at Kaduna State University (main campus) for Zone 2, Federal College of Education, Zaria for Zone 1, and KASU’s Kafanchan campus for Zone 3.
