The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century since its establishment in the year 2000 to promote unity, peace, and development across Northern Nigeria.
According to the organising committee, the three-day event will run from Thursday, November 20 to Saturday, November 22 in Kaduna, bringing together prominent leaders, statesmen, and key stakeholders from across the country.
Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, is expected to deliver the keynote address, while congratulatory messages from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, notable Northern elders, and leaders from Southern Nigeria are also anticipated.
A major highlight of the anniversary celebration will be the launch of a ₦100 billion Endowment Fund, aimed at supporting community development initiatives and strengthening ACF’s strategic role in promoting peace and sustainable progress in the region.
The event is expected to serve as a platform for dialogue on the future of Northern Nigeria and its continued importance in national affairs.
