President Bola Tinubu has sworn in two commissioners of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and two members of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) board.
Ceremony held during FEC meeting
The inauguration took place during Monday’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
The INEC commissioners sworn in are Malam Tukur Yusuf, who represents the North-West, and Professor Sunday Aja, representing Ebonyi State.
CCB board members take oath
Also inaugurated were Mr Ikpeme Ndem from Cross River State and Retired Justice Buba Nyaure from Taraba State as members of the Code of Conduct Bureau board.
These appointments were carried out following their confirmation by the Senate.
