Iconic Open University is looking to contract a creative and results-driven digital advertising expert or agency to lead its next wave of social media campaigns.

The university announced that the selected applicant will take charge of designing, running, and analysing paid advertisements across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.

The goal, according to the university, is to enhance brand visibility, drive student enrollment, and deepen engagement with digital audiences.

The university emphasized the importance of aligning campaigns with its broader mission, stating that applicants must be ready to “develop and execute data-driven social media ad strategies aligned with the university’s goals.”

The position is open to both individuals and registered advertising agencies who can demonstrate a strong background in social media campaign management. Applicants are expected to propose a strategic plan tailored to the university’s mission and audience while showing clear evidence of past success in similar roles.

The responsibilities for this contract include developing and executing data-driven social media ad strategies that align with the university’s outreach goals. The selected partner will also be responsible for creating engaging visuals, videos, and ad copy targeted at prospective students. Managing ad budgets efficiently, testing content through A/B strategies, monitoring metrics like click-through rates and conversions, and optimizing performance will be essential tasks.

Applicants must demonstrate experience in using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar tools. A deep understanding of how to interpret digital metrics and adjust strategies accordingly will be key to the role.
