Iconic Open University has launched a nationwide call for applications to fill full-time positions at its Lagos and Abuja study campuses, signaling an ambitious phase of institutional expansion and academic innovation.

In a statement published on its official website, the university announced openings for Helpdesk and ICT Assistants/Officers as well as Study Campus Directors. As posted on the university’s website, the recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening the university’s operational and administrative teams to support its growing student population.

“We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about using technology and education to transform lives,” the university said.

For the ICT and Helpdesk roles, applicants must be 28 years or younger and possess strong ICT and communication skills. Eligible candidates must also hold an ND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree and must reside in Lagos or Abuja.

“This is a great opportunity for young professionals with tech skills to work in a student-centered academic environment,” the university added.

Meanwhile, for the Campus Director positions,  the university is targeting seasoned academics with proven leadership experience. Applicants must hold a PhD and have 5–10 years of experience in educational management.

“We are seeking visionary leaders who can bring innovative ideas to campus governance and contribute to academic excellence,” the statement read.

The university emphasized the importance of diversity and inclusion, noting that successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to equity in higher education.
