A team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) has visited Iconic University for a resource verification exercise aimed at assessing the institution’s preparedness to commence its newly proposed undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.

The verification exercise is a critical step in the approval process by the NUC, Nigeria’s regulatory body for universities, to ensure that institutions have the required facilities, personnel, and academic infrastructure to run high-quality academic programmes.

In a statement by the university, the visit reflects Iconic University’s strong commitment to providing accessible and industry-relevant education across diverse specializations.

The institution emphasized that its new programmes are tailored to meet the evolving demands of the 21st-century labour market while aligning with national and international quality assurance standards.

The university further reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring that all academic offerings not only comply with regulatory benchmarks but also equip students with practical knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive world.
