President Bola Ahmed Tinubu says he is committed to making Nigeria safe and stable under his leadership.
He spoke after security forces rescued church members and students who had been kidnapped in recent incidents.
Tinubu said he cancelled an international trip so he could personally oversee security operations at home.
He praised the efforts of the security agencies, saying their quick action helped save lives.
According to him, Nigeria will overcome its current security challenges because his administration is taking strong steps to protect citizens and stop attacks.
He added that the government will continue working to prevent more kidnappings and keep communities safe across the country.
