Iconic University has announced a call for qualified candidates to apply for the role of Science Laboratory Technician/Technologist across its study campuses.
According to the institution, the appointments will be on a permanent basis for those who successfully scale through the selection process.
The technicians will be tasked with providing critical support for laboratory activities, assisting in experiments, and ensuring the smooth maintenance of laboratory equipment.
In a statement made available on its career portal, the university noted:
“We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Science Laboratory Technician/Technologist to serve as permanent staff in various study campuses.”
Required qualifications
Applicants must hold academic qualifications in any of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Nursing. Prior experience in laboratory practice will serve as an added advantage during the recruitment exercise.
The institution further stressed that it is committed to selecting candidates who demonstrate passion and dedication to laboratory work, stating:

The job openings are specifically for the university’s campuses in Sokoto, Kebbi, Kano, Zamfara, and Lagos.
